The series’s first season evolves around queen consort Máxima before she weds King Willem-Alexander. Then known just as Máxima Zorreguieta Cerruti, a successful Argentinean businesswoman loved by all The Netherlands, she hesitates on her future role and puts in risk the House of Orange.
